INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL CAMPAIGN BY DAGMARA NAWRATEK

MESSAGE

The International Social Campaign “Self-Expression Heals Depression” conducted by Nawratek Media International was created by the philologist and social communication specialist, the CEO, founder and editor-in-chief of the magazine “Masterclass. Business & Art” as well as the owner of the International Art Gallery “Elite Patronage” Dagmara Nawratek to raise public awareness of the fight against depression, its prevention and the positive impact of art therapy on mental health. The project is co-financed by the European Union. This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget adopted by the Saxon State Parliament.

This one-of-a-kind social campaign aims to publish a variety of hope-giving articles, uplifting interviews, and inspiring pictures to promote mental health, sensitize people to the need to support those affected by this illness, contribute to building support and understanding, and finally, engage and motivate readers to make positive changes and express themselves creatively, because, as Dagmara Nawratek deeply believes, art heals the soul.

Depression, as a disease of our times, takes a heavy toll every year, not only among adults but also among the younger generation. Art therapy is a powerful tool that helps to prevent this disease by enabling us to work on creative self-expression, thereby also helping us to understand the power of our thoughts, develop self-awareness, and maintain a positive attitude. Therefore, Dagmara Nawratek decided to donate 10% of the proceeds from the sales of the “Masterclass. Business & Art” magazine and her publishing projects to art therapy.
