OUR GOALS

The international social campaign for mental health “Self-Expression Heals Depression” was created by the CEO, founder and editor-in-chief of the magazine “Masterclass. Business & Art” Dagmara Nawratek to raise public awareness of the fight against depression and the positive impact of art therapy on mental health, as well as to engage, support and further motivate readers to make positive changes and express themselves creatively, because, as we believe, art heals the soul. The project is co-financed by the European Union. This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget adopted by the Saxon State Parliament.

Nowadays many people are struggling with depression, which is the disease of our times. That is why we decided to launch our social campaign, which aims to publish motivating and hope-giving articles and interviews. We deeply believe that the publication of educational materials and the promotion of mental health will contribute to increasing public awareness and building support and understanding. Variety of interesting texts and pictures aim to engage audiences and sensitize them to the issue of the need to support those affected by this disease.
